DUE TO AN IT ERROR MY ORDER WAS SENT TO MY OLD ADDRESS FROM 6 YEARS AGO WHICH I NEVER ORDERED THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AS I GAVE UP WAITING TO SEND REPLACEMENT GOODS. THEY HAVE STOLEN £37.37P FROM A DISABLED PERSON.
DO NOT ORDER FROM VIOVET THEY ARE THIEVES. I HAVE CALLED THEM EMAILED THEM AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK BUT DIDN'T OR SEND ME AN EMAIL REFUSING REFUND OR REPLACEMENT GOODS

We purchased three bags of dog food and after using the first two bags when we opened the third bag (6 months before the best before date) it was mouldy.
Viovet claimed as it was outside the 30 day period it was too late to issue a refund.
They then changed their mind and offered an exchange/refund which we accepted.
Then they revoked that offer saying again it was outside the 30 day period.
Then they made the offer of a refund/replacement a second time, which we accepted again, and then they revoked it again, claiming it was outside the 30 day period again!!!
What an absolute farce!!
Four different customer service advisors and 24 emails so far.
All we wanted was a bag of food that was fit of purpose.
Their customer services department is a joke!

Diabolical delivery time
Ordered £35+ of goods so as to get free delivery. Pha!
15days later and after being lied to over and over, today I e been emailed saying my order is being processed as priority and Ill receive an email when its dispatched!
Absolutely unacceptable service and was told the same thing last week and still no delivery! Will never use them again

Disgusting service. Tried to get a prescription.
Confirmed with vet they were sent. Customer service saying only one was received after I made multiple phone calls asking why it hadn't been actioned.
I thought a week was a reasonable time to give to order them but ended up with no heart medication for my dog and had to go back to my vet having already been charged to have the prescription sent. Disgusting company avoid at all cost.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The parcel was addressed wrongly but through the medium of Facebook I eventually took receipt of it.
I ordered 10 packets of gourmet cat food. I had it delivered to Maddiston Post Office as I work there.
It is now showing as delivered to the back door, which is impossible since there is no back door to the post office for security reasons. I would like to request a refund for this item and would ask you to take issue with Amazon for there delivery service.

I waited a ridiculous amount of time without any information for my parcel. When I received it.
One of the items was broken.
Very disappointed. Please can I have a refund for the item there was nothing protecting my items in the box, example, packing, peanuts

I signed up to a monthly subscription for dog food with this company.
We had major issues over Christmas with missed deliveries as they claim to have moved to bigger and better premises to help them fulfill their 'massive' demand.
We then got one (very late) delivery in January, but nothing since. The email updates talked about problems with suppliers etc, but it's now April and no delivery
Absolute ripp off merchants. Seriously, avoid them.

This is the second order I have cancelled now as dispatch time is way off. 12 days for allocating stock is really bad.
User's recommendation: Don't order if you want something quickly. I cancelled my last 2 orders with the last one still having stock allocated 12 days after ordering. Such a shame as they used to be very reliable.

Avoid! They couldn't care less about your pet.
Ordered important drugs for dog and they sat on the order. I have had to order it from elsewhere and hope I get money back from this awful company.
If you want to waste your time and money, this is the company for you!

I used this company because I required a controlled drug (Gabapentin) for my dog and my usual on-line supplier for prescription vet products does not stock controlled drugs. These drugs must be ordered by phone and I spent 30 minutes in a phone queue waiting to place my order.
That was exactly one week ago today and the written prescription was sent by first-class post the same day. Normally, I would expect same day despatch for prescription drugs but so far I have not even received an email acknowledgement and am still awaiting delivery of these essential drugs for my elderly dog. I have now had to buy extra Gabapentin from my vet at a sky-high price. Today I tried to make a complaint by email and received a reply saying that I might have to wait up to ONE WEEK for a reply.
I cannot even order elsewhere because this company now holds my prescription. Tomorrow I will try to phone but I know there will be a huge queue of complainants.
I live alone with my dog and am a pensioner so the last thing I need is constant worry over getting her the medication she needs. In my opinion, this company deserves to be closed down

Bought 12 tins of dog food. A number of the tins were split and had black mould growing on the dog food.
When we rang Viovet they blamed the courier. The mould couldn't have grown in the time between dispatch and delivery. This could have had dire consequences for our dog. They promised to refund for 12 tins.
When the refund came though it was over £20 light of their promised refund.
Any way, won't ever use them again and I would steer clear of this company. Sending out mouldy dog food is unforgivable.

I have had a mixed experience with this company so far.They seem to understand the issue and promise to resolve it but when i try again nothing has been done.Very frustrating.They promised to address my concerns a week ago,still nothing.I await their reply.
Unable to contact for over a week.Still stating i am not a customer and dont have an account.I have previously pointed this out,they promised to contact their IT dept.I have now received a message saying i can expect an order delivery on the 9th Feb which i do not want.PLEASE CANCEL.Thank you
Late delivery
My cat is on a urinary diet wich I ordered from you however it is late 8n coming and ended up costing me another 30 pounds because I had to go tablets at home t9 buy royal canin urinaryafter talking to an agent they offered me 5 pounds off my next order wich I think is a terrible trade for the loss of a further 30 pounds due to your incompetence it's in stock so why hsvnt I recieved it and i hope it arrives shortl6 as I'm almost out of the urinary pouches I'm thinking twice before I'll use you aga7n a very unhappy customer
Very long dispatch times, absolutely no communication and no info at all
total disregard for their customers. The pet food order has taken nearly a month to arrive, to the point of me sourcing the things I ordered elsewhere and spending more money (at a time when money is scarce).
Emailed and had no response at all.
Emailed again and had an automatic response saying their deliveries were taking "longer than expected".
Absolutely appalling service. If they know their delivery time is so long, why not inform customers at the point of sale so they have the option to go elsewhere.
I just feel very sorry for anyone waiting for prescriptions for their animals from them...
I had to get my money back through paypal resolution centre so I could buy some pet food elsewhere
